IT Retail Project Manager

. Oversees the end-to-end deployment of applications, ensuring successful implementation.

. Develop deployment strategies, including testing, rollout, and post-deployment support.

. Collaborate with Group IT and retail teams to ensure smooth deployment process.

. Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers and business analysts.

. Manage release schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.

. Identify and mitigate risks associated with application deployment.

. Utilize deployment automation tools to streamline processes.

. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

. Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.

. Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required.

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent.

-At least FIVE (5) years of working experience in the IT industry, with exposure to retail industry

-Hands-on experience in Power BI, POS and SAP
