We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting IT professionals and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles across Southeast Asia.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through various platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and nuances of each role.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the local job market in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
