IT Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end technology projects in banking or financial services. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience managing complex projects, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage full project lifecycle: scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables

. Lead cross-functional teams across business and technology

. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews)

. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and finalize business requirements

. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management

. Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies

. Ensure quality delivery, testing coordination, and successful production rollout

. Handle change requests and perform impact analysis

. Work closely with regional teams and external vendors

Key Requirements

. 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management

. Strong experience in banking / financial services domain (payments, wealth, retail, or investment banking preferred)

. Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum and SDLC

. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

. Experience managing regional or global projects is a plus

. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project

. Excellent English communication (mandatory)

. Experience working on regulatory or compliance-related projects

. Exposure to APAC banking environments

. Technical understanding of systems, integrations, and APIs
