Morgan McKinley is hiring for a Project Manager for a 12- month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and track projects to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Program Manager, IT, QA, and other teams to develop milestones and detailed project plans.
- Assist in facilitating and finalizing project deliverables such as business requirements, user stories, design, test cases, deployment, and hyper-care.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and the overall project plan.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish a regular reporting cadence to provide status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the supply chain domain, focusing on implementing new system capabilities.
- Practical knowledge of supply chain logistics processes from a business perspective.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Strong communication, planning, prioritization, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Understanding of hardware lifecycle processes, prototypes, product structures, experience in consumer electronics, and project management certification (e.g., PMP).
