IT Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Maintain timelines, track deliverables, and ensure completion.
• Update presentation decks for weekly status meetings.
• Conduct daily stand-ups with stakeholders for alignment.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate when needed.
• Track IT budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Plan implementation cut-overs and prepare run-books.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing complex projects and system interfaces.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge in Wealth Management or Avaloq systems will be preferable.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
