Responsibilities:
- Craft persuasive business cases for ICT initiatives that align with the organisation's strategic direction and IT masterplans.
- Design robust system roadmaps and implement procurement approaches that maximise value for the agency.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery, from initiation to completion, ensuring solutions address business objectives and are achieved within scope, budget, and quality requirements.
- Formulate comprehensive project schedules, proactively identify and manage risks, and maintain active engagement with stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Act as a key advocate for a product-centric culture and promote agile methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Encourage sustained improvement and prioritise user-driven results.
- Facilitate meaningful user consultations and guarantee that technology solutions are tailored to meet end-user expectations.
What we requirement:
- At least 5 years of project management experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong expertise in agile delivery methodologies.
- A proven track record with a solid portfolio showcasing hands-on success in project management, preferably with experience in consulting, software development, or design.
- Technical proficiency in both low-code and high-code development environments for medium to large-scale software projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers and present innovative ideas effectively.
- Prior experience working with co-sourcing delivery models and familiarity with the Singapore Government Technology Stack is an advantage.
