IT Project Manager (Manufacturing)

• Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8.30pm - 6pm

• Location: Toa Payoh

• To support new ERP/WMS system project transformation from old system

• Required to travel 50% to overseas branch and manufacturing plant for new system setup and implementation

• Permanent role

Our client is a China MNC well established entity in manufacturing and distribution of parts and components for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of all IT systems (ERP, SRM, OA, MES, QMS, WMS, APS) at all branch (offices/manufacturing plants)

• Setting up the Maintenance Schedules & Policies of all IT systems

• Supporting all sites and offices and functions for any requests on Data mining/extraction

• Involve in any escalation of issues from all sites & offices

• Improvement of all IT applications from time to time for User-friendly and efficiency through Automation

• Support Corporate PLC/Procurement Director for Yearly Costs Savings/Reductions on Maintenance Contracts

• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Superiors

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (Information Technology/Computer Science) minimum

• Have implemented IT systems, such as ERP, APS, WMS, SRM, OA, etc

• Linux red hat and Oracle database

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• May need to travel (about 50% or more of the time) during implementation of any IT system for first year only

• Need to travel occasionally (about 10% to 20% of the time) to all offices and sites for audits and review of all IT systems and support the businesses second year onward
