Manager, IT Project Management & Business Analysis

Job Responsibilities

• Review existing documentation, system architecture and workflows to understand business needs and identify system requirements.

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements, including user stories and functional specifications.

• Support project management activities by monitoring project progress, tracking milestones and managing changes to project scope and timelines.

• Assist in conducting requirements-gathering workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders.

• Coordinate day-to-day system operations, including production issues, service requests and operational matters.

• Manage escalations, track issue resolution and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to minimise operational disruptions.

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely issue resolution in accordance with agreed service level requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance and operational efficiency.

• Support system implementation, configuration, testing and optimisation activities.

• Undertake other project-related and operational duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Infocomm Technology or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management and business analysis, preferably involving IT system implementation and maintenance.

• Experience managing IT projects involving multiple system integrations and external stakeholders is an advantage.

• Strong project management skills, including requirements gathering, testing coordination, implementation planning and project rollout.

• Proficient in business analysis techniques, including gathering, documenting and tracking functional, interface and data requirements.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project implementation processes.

• Experience in managing system issues, tracking resolutions and monitoring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Good understanding of system configuration, integration and optimisation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and coordinate across different teams.

• Proactive, organised and adaptable, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering quality work.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or equivalent qualifications.
