Overall Purpose of the Role
The designated candidate delivers efficient and effective solution for labelling across the market requirements meeting market regulatory and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiative. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination cutting across functions. Ultimately, the program manager should take full accountability to deliver full E2E solution
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in Waterfall, Agile, FPX methodology for project Kick off involving Scope, Time, Cost, Risk. Develop core team methodology coupled with Final Project Objectives
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage program and project teams for delivering milestones, deliverables and milestones on time.
- Work closely with Business stakeholders to develop detailed user stories
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering / Science with minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Operations and Project Management.
- Supply chain related educational qualifications / certification preferred
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong leadership, influence, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid project management experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain, operations, and finance interfaces with key supply chain pillars.
- Analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making / problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional experience with all supply chain pillars (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver) and key partners (IT, RA, QA, Commercial).
- Results oriented and able to independently create and deliver self-starter / entrepreneurial.
- Strategic / Big picture-oriented thinking and good communication skills required with ability to work with local site teams and senior regional leadership.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
