Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating between infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
- Lead and manage project activities including planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Present project updates and technical progress during monthly meetings with key stakeholders.
- Oversee engineering teams in reviewing, designing, and implementing new and existing systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and network failures.
- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure schedule and technical alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT project management or technical coordination.
- Strong understanding of IT system management and integration.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Experience working with government processes or policies is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
