About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who combines a strategic, big-picture mindset with strong attention to operational detail.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects - from initiation through delivery - with minimal supervision. This role requires a proactive, self-driven leader who can manage cross-functional teams, navigate complex environments, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing dependencies.
- Maintain a strong strategic perspective while managing day-to-day execution details.
- Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources independently, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making.
- Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and dashboards to management and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to refining project management methodologies.
- Ensure all projects comply with company policies, governance standards, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage complex IT projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and execution skills with attention to both strategy and detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
