IT Project Manager (EUC / Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects (planning, execution, documentation, and delivery)

• Engage stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Track project progress, budget, and risks, ensuring timely delivery

• Oversee IT asset inventory and lifecycle management

• Coordinate vendor sourcing, procurement, and contract management

• Manage IT budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice validation

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and standards

• Monitor subscriptions and warranties, ensuring timely renewals

Requirements

• 5-12+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in EUC or infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint technologies

• Experience with desktop refresh or infrastructure migration projects

• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, MS Project ITIL knowledge is a plus

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
