Job Description
Our client is a government organisation in Singapore looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 7 years of relevant experience to support the delivery and adoption of digital products.
This is a contract role, ending on 31 March 2027.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews and gather requirements.
- Support sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
- Track project progress, development pace, dependencies and deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate and support system, user acceptance and security testing before product release.
- Drive user education and adoption activities following product launch.
- Provide post-release product support and work with Product and Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues and bugs.
- Maintain project documentation, requirements and decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify risks, follow up on action items and drive issues to closure.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in project management, digital product development or delivery.
- Proven experience delivering digital products end-to-end, from requirements and development through to launch and post-release support.
- Proven ability to deliver products effectively within resource and timeline constraints.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Balsamiq is advantageous.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis are a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management or related disciplines.
