Role Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of diverse IT projects, ensuring they align with RWS's strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. Your responsibilities will fall into these core areas:
1. Project Lifecycle Management
- Planning & Definition: Drive successful project execution by collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and goals, creating detailed plans with clear timelines and budgets, securing essential resources, and proactively managing risks to deliver maximum customer value.
- Execution & Monitoring: Drive project success by leading and motivating teams, ensuring disciplined execution through clear guidance, proactive monitoring, effective change management, regular progress reviews, and strategic application of Agile and other methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Quality & Closure: Ensure end-to-end project excellence by delivering customer-focused quality outcomes, conducting thorough post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement, and overseeing formal closure with complete documentation, seamless handover, and meticulous archiving.
2. Stakeholder & Communication Management
Serve as the central driver of stakeholder communication and alignment by acting as the primary contact, fostering collaboration, managing expectations, and ensuring transparent updates that prioritize customer-focused outcomes.
3. Financial & Resource Stewardship
Ensure comprehensive financial stewardship by accurately managing project budgets, closely tracking expenditures, and meeting financial objectives; strategically allocating and optimizing resources to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness; and applying strong procurement and contract management expertise to secure essential external services and partnerships that support successful project delivery.
4. Strategic Acumen & Problem Solving
Demonstrate advanced leadership and analytical capabilities by interpreting complex, ambiguous information to uncover patterns and provide clarity, fostering innovation and strategic direction; actively drive transdisciplinary collaboration across teams, departments, and external partners to integrate diverse expertise and perspectives for holistic outcomes; and skillfully anticipate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts, securing resources and agreements while maintaining strong relationships, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.
Role Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's Degree or MBA is a plus.
Prior Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management, with a robust track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Prior experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexities, ideally within the integrated resorts, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Extensive hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including practical familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other iterative methodologies.
Certifications Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or other recognized Agile certifications
- PRINCE2
