Job Overview:
We are looking for a ITProject Manager to oversee software development projects (and occasionally hardware setup). You will be responsible for planning, managing teams, and ensuring successful and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and manage end-to-end delivery of software projects.
- Plan project tasks, set schedules, and track progress.
- Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage project resources, costs, and risks.
- Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
- Ensure all work follows company project management processes.
- Run technical discussions to clarify requirements or solve problems with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software project management.
- Professional project management certification is a plus (e.g. PMP).
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in project planning and documentation.
