IT Project Executive (Fintech)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with consultants and developers to monitor project progress.
• Document integration services and interface specifications.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare user guides and training materials; conduct user training sessions.
• Escalate critical issues to management as needed.
• Manage user expectations regarding project scope and timelines.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in fintech or project management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities.
• Solid IT proficiency.
