Job Description
- Oversee project implementation to ensure timely delivery of contractors premises and supporting infrastructure
- Develop and review procedures for IT service provisioning
- Prepare RFIs and budget proposals for project initiatives
- Manage multiple IT vendors to ensure contract compliance and positive user experience across government agencies
- Lead project teams to deliver within approved scope, timeline, and budget
- Ensure contractors meet contractual obligations and project requirements
- Maintain in-service systems to meet availability and operational standards
- Collaborate with O&S vendors and OEMs for fault investigation and resolution
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget of system upgrades and modifications
- Provide 24/7 support for project maintenance
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong project planning and management skills PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
