Job Summary
Lead and manage healthcare and facilities management software projects from initiation to delivery, driving successful outcomes through effective stakeholder collaboration and adherence to project management best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead project implementation by applying PMI Project Management Processes to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Gather and document detailed business requirements to align project scope with customer needs
- Facilitate and manage customer meetings to drive business discussions and decision-making
- Develop and enforce project standards and processes to maintain consistency and quality
- Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management to enable informed decision-making
- Prepare and update comprehensive project plans to track progress and resource allocation
- Coordinate effectively between customers and development teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues
- Apply organizational information security policies and procedures to safeguard project data and compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience managing at least two complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects as Project Manager
- Proven skills in customer and vendor management to foster productive partnerships
- Relevant experience implementing healthcare or facilities management solutions to meet industry-specific requirements
- Knowledge of preparing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and evaluating proposals to support procurement decisions
- Strong communication skills to present project progress and updates to senior management confidently
