About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of system change requests and IT projects. You will work closely with the team lead and cross-functional project teams, playing a key role in keeping projects on track, stakeholders informed, and documentation in order. Key Responsibilities
Project Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team lead, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and preparing documents for submission.
- Track delivery timelines and ensure milestones are met, flagging risks and delays proactively.
- Prepare and submit billing for milestones and work completion based on accurate progress tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation repositories and standardised templates for system change requests.
Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor the progress of system tests and tickets on JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with project team members to drive timely ticket resolution.
- Use Excel and PowerPoint to produce clear, accurate progress reports and overviews of system change requests.
Stakeholder Communication
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams on the planning and implementation of change requests.
- Prepare and deliver status updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a project coordination, project administration, or IT support role.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or ServiceNow is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with IT change management or ITSM processes.
- Experience in billing or invoice preparation within a project context.
- Exposure to agile or waterfall project delivery methodologies.
