We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Program Analyst / Engineer to support project change requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle L1 operations & support duties
- Manage service delivery for applications, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Support and respond to user project / change requests, operational, cyber alerts and incidents
- Provide support to the programme management team in areas of technical solution analysis, planning, coordination, implementation and testing
- Prepare project-related reports and documentation for the PMO team
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are fulfilled
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- IT qualification with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience / background
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience on IT infrastructure and systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in IT asset management and IMAC services is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodology and lifecycle would be an advantage
Preferred / Desirable Requirements:
Knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of the below areas will be an advantage
- Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript)
- DevOps/DevSecOps
- Virtualisation and/or Cloud Computing (such as AWS, Azure)
- Database and Storage
- Middleware and Services
- Cybersecurity (such as best practices, system hardening, threat and vulnerability management)
- Windows/Linux server administration
- Hardware, Infrastructure and Network
- Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components
- Service delivery and management
