IT Product Manager / West

Our client is a IT Cybersecurity industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for IT Product Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of cybersecurity and IT products, as well as related technical services.

• Drive product enhancements, operational improvements, and service quality initiatives to increase market share and profitability.

• Analyse market trends and provide insights to support medium- and long-term business planning.

• Develop and maintain business cases for strategic pricing, customized solutions, and special contract terms.

• Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure effective and smooth product delivery.

• Support sales teams with competitive pricing strategies, tailored solutions, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to acquire and retain customers.

• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships or collaborations to strengthen the product portfolio.

• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to define requirements for current and future products.

• Monitor competitor offerings and industry developments to inform product strategy.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute product launches, updates, and marketing initiatives.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT related field study.

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT Sales/Product Management.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, product management, or business development for IT solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

• Comfortable with local travel within Singapore for customer or partner visits.
