Our client is a IT Cybersecurity industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for IT Product Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a suite of cybersecurity and IT products, technical services, and related solutions, ensuring continuous product improvement and market competitiveness.
Drive service creation, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency to increase market share and profitability through product development, marketing strategies, and pricing initiatives.
Analyse market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide critical inputs for medium- and long-term business planning.
Create and maintain business cases for strategic pricing, non-standard terms, and customized service agreements.
Collaborate closely with service delivery, operations, and sales teams to ensure effective product deployment and customer satisfaction.
Support sales efforts by providing competitive pricing, tailored solutions, and technical expertise to win and retain customers.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with partners and channel stakeholders to drive revenue growth within Singapore and the APAC region.
Present the organization's product portfolio to potential partners and clients, creating awareness and promoting adoption across target markets.
Explore opportunities to expand product penetration within existing client accounts, including subsidiaries and related business units.
Gather and specify market requirements for current and future products through market research and direct engagement with customers and partners.
Lead internal coordination with cross-functional teams for new product launches, enhancements, and regional initiatives.
Monitor key performance metrics, provide insights through reporting and analytics, and recommend strategies for product, partner, and sales performance optimization.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT related field study.
Minimum 3 years experience in IT Sales. Registered pharmacist with relevant Singapore licensing.
Proven experience in B2B sales, product management, or business development for IT solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
Comfortable with local travel within Singapore for customer or partner visits.
