Theincumbentwillowntheend-to-endproductlifecycleoffreight-relatedplatforms,includingFreightForwardingSystems,TransportationManagementSystems(TMS),Track&TraceSolutions,CustomerPortals,CustomsIntegration,FreightBilling,APIEcosystems,AnalyticsPlatforms,andAI-drivenAutomationCapabilities.Theroleisaccountablefortranslatingbusinessobjectivesintoscalableproductroadmapswhileensuringsystemreliability,cybersecuritycompliance,operationalexcellence,andmeasurablebusinessoutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for freight technology solutions, aligning platform capabilities with business goals and customer requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Design and maintain solution architecture diagrams, technical roadmaps, and system landscapes supporting freight operations.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, technical documentation, and product features.
• Drive enhancements across Freight Forwarding Systems, TMS platforms, Track & Trace solutions, Customs Integration, Freight Billing, and Customer Portals.
• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, analytics, and reporting frameworks to provide real-time operational insights and KPI visibility.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to streamline manual freight processes through intelligent workflows and digital agents.
• Manage API ecosystems and integrations with customers, carriers, customs authorities, and third-party logistics providers using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and EDI standards.
• Define, track, and optimize product KPIs, service levels, system performance, and user adoption metrics.
• Partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable and value-driven solutions.
• Ensure platform scalability, cybersecurity compliance, data privacy adherence, and operational resilience.
• Prioritize product backlogs and development initiatives using data-driven methodologies while balancing innovation, enhancement requests, and operational support.

Requirements/skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years supporting logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain technology solutions.
• Proven experience managing enterprise applications such as Freight Forwarding Systems, TMS platforms, logistics portals, or supply chain solutions.
• Strong ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, data models, and technical designs.
• Hands-on experience managing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, EDI transactions, and middleware platforms.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and generate business insights.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Experience overseeing API lifecycle management, integration governance, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of customs processes, freight operations, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and change management capabilities.
