IT Product Manager

Our client, a public-sector technology organization focused on applying advanced science and engineering to support national safety and security operations. It designs and delivers mission-critical solutions that enhance frontline capabilities, operational effectiveness, and decision-making across multiple agencies.

The organization works across domains such as digital platforms, cybersecurity, data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate innovation into real-world impact. Its role is to bridge strategy, technology, and operations to address complex security and public safety challenges at scale.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; manage product backlog and oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

• Lead end-to-end project and delivery management across multiple in-house development initiatives using Agile practices, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and communicating progress to senior management.

• Lead and develop teams through coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product, project, or digital delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a people leadership capacity.

• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum, product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap planning.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking, communication skills, and ability to operate independently.

• Contract role (2 years initially), with potential conversion to permanent based on performance.

• Estimated monthly salary range: SGD 8,000 - 12,000.
