IT Procurement Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Procurement Officer to join our banking client. This role is critical in managing procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving costeffective sourcing strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in supplier management, contract negotiation, and supporting organizational growth through efficient procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement operation that align with organizational goals and deliver cost savings.

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and value.

• Conduct market analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and assess supplier performance.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement solutions.

• Monitor and report on procurement KPIs to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of procurement practices, contract law, and supplier management.

• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.

• Prior experience in IT procurement is a big plus
