IT Procurement Executive

An established technology business is looking for an IT Procurement Executive to support its growing procurement function.

What You'll Do

• Source and purchase IT hardware, equipment and services
• Manage suppliers, quotations, and commercial negotiations
• Raise POs and track orders and deliveries
• Resolve supplier and product-related issues
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse & Operations on related tasks
• Maintain accurate procurement records

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent in procurement, business, IT or related disciplines
• 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably within the IT sector
• Good understanding of IT hardware/products is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and vendor management skills

IT professionals with limited procurement experience but good IT product knowledge are welcome to apply.
