Job Summary

Join as an IT Risk & Process Assurance Specialist to lead SDM compliance and process assurance reviews, collaborate with technical teams, and drive operational excellence at Punggol Digital District.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Software Development Methodology (SDM) compliance and process assurance reviews for assigned technology projects independently.
Execute quality reviews and deliver accurate audit reports within tight deadlines.
Collaborate with the Process Assurance Team Lead to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide recurring insights for key stakeholders and management.
Provide audit support for internal and external regulatory and system reviews.
Partner with Project Managers and Technical Delivery Managers to embed SDM best practices and ensure compliance.
Develop and implement initiatives to increase SDM process awareness and adoption across teams.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to review and improve ongoing SDM framework enhancements.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or Process Assurance, preferably starting in banking or financial services.
Strong working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SDM methodologies, and IT governance frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to manage delivery timelines effectively.
Proactive and analytical mindset focused on continuous process improvement.
