Job Description:

• Support IT planning for IT infrastructure and common systems, identifying business and user needs through communication with relevant departments.

• Gather, document, and communicate IT system requirements to the company and other IT vendors for implementation.

• Support IT promotion activities for IT infrastructure and common systems.

• Develop and implement initiatives to help users understand, adopt, and effectively utilise IT systems in their daily work.

• Support the preparation and coordination of internal IT meetings, including monthly PIC, regional PIC, CU, and managers meetings.

• Support IT budget management, including appropriate control of purchase orders, expenditures, and payments.

• Promote visibility of return on IT investment and support continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle.

• Support the planning and implementation of IT governance initiatives, including IT policy updates, information security, BCP, and DR.

• Oversee IT operations in accordance with ITIL practices to maintain a stable and reliable IT infrastructure environment.

• Drive continuous improvement of IT support services, including IT Helpdesk enhancement and proactive user follow-up.

Job Requirements:

• Degree from any recognized university

• At least 5 years of experience in IT service management / internal IT.

• At least 3 years of project / operation management

• Japan language skills required to communicate with Japan HQ.

• Knowledge of IT security, Risk Management and Security Controls

• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and escalates issues appropriately when necessary.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, make quick decisions, take prompt action, and maintain a strong user-oriented and supportive mindset.

• The following skills/experience will be advantageous.

• Knowledge of IT infrastrucure such as Cloud ( AWS, Azure) SaaS ( M365, ServiceNow), Security ( Firewall, SASE,SDWAN),PC environment.

• Basic knowledge of IT project management ( schedule, progress, risk, issue, budget management)

• Basic knowledge of ITIL

• Positive and proactive, with strong leadership, technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
