Job Summary
You will install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, monitor network systems, troubleshoot issues, and support technology integration to ensure smooth and secure company operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor and maintain company network systems including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points for optimal connectivity
- Perform preventive maintenance on IT and operational technology equipment to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to restore system functionality promptly
- Provide technical support to internal users through onsite and remote assistance to resolve IT problems
- Assist in system upgrades, data backups, and implementation of data security measures to protect company information
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, asset inventory, and maintenance records for compliance and tracking
- Support technology integration across operations, production, and office systems to enhance workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and IT-related purchases to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and safety standards to maintain a secure IT environment
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Technology, or related fields
- Knowledge in computer assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support hardware lifecycle
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, IP configuration, routers, and switches for network management
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic server concepts to support daily IT operations
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, or system integration to assist in security and operational technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and vendors
