Open to IT Diploma holders without work experience but are keen in this jobscope in a structured enterprise work environment.

Location: Depot Road, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
Salary: up to S$3,100 Basic + 1 Month Completion Bonus + Annual Leave, Medical Leave & Medical Claims, Group Insurance coverage
Security Clearance: Cat 1 clearance required

Job Type: 1 Year Project renewable under Agency

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Operations Support Executive to support daily system operations and assist in IT project coordination for this Project. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on IT support experience, SCCM exposure, and strong documentation skills who enjoy working in a structured enterprise environment.

• Configuration setup

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Able to obtain Cat 1 Security Clearance

• Exposure to Microsoft SCCM or endpoint management tools preferred

• CompTIA A+ certification is advantageous

• Basic project coordination or project management experience

• Good understanding of IT system operations and configuration setup

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Enjoys working in structured IT operations environments

• Is detail-oriented and organised

• Can coordinate tasks across teams and keep projects on track

• Has a strong interest in system administration and endpoint management

• Only Singapore citizen can apply as the project required Cat 1 security clearance

• Must be willing to wait till G50 cleared to onboard project.
