The IT Application & Operations Manager is responsible for the overall administration, support, and operational stability of the Authority's IT applications and services. The role ensures adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), IT security policies, and operational standards while driving continuous improvement in incident management, system monitoring, and service delivery.
Job Duties:
- Management of administration and support of the Authority's IT applications and services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT security policies.
- Manage and monitor the incident and problem management of the Authority's IT applications and services.
- Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to continuously improve incident management, escalation and systems monitoring.
- Manage contracts and budgets of the assigned IT applications and services.
- Provide application support in all stages of development, testing, and production.
Technical Skills
- Relevant professional qualifications and credentials.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT application support or operations
- Experience in application operations, incident management, and service support environments.
- Strong understanding of IT service management practices and operational controls.
