We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our technology company. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations across product and technology teams, drive process improvements, and leverage data analytics to optimize business performance. You will ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic company objectives while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across product development, technology, and related business functions.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives.
Use data analysis and reporting to support strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Identify process automation and digital transformation opportunities to drive productivity and scalability.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership review.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a technology-focused company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive operational decisions.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, including product and technology personnel.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms) and familiarity with project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in process optimization, operational planning, and workflow automation.
