We are seeking an IT-savvy professional to support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of existing digital systems. This role involves managing assigned workstreams, working directly with stakeholders and vendors, and delivering small to medium initiatives end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of enterprise digital and IT systems, including issue tracking, follow-ups, and resolution.
- Manage assigned projects and change requests from requirements through delivery, including tracking timelines, actions, and dependencies.
- Engage business users to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into clear specifications for IT teams or external vendors.
- Coordinate with external vendors across the delivery lifecycle, including development, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, issue resolution, and escalation.
- Support UAT planning and execution and coordinate rollout activities.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and reports.
- Support procurement activities, including quotations, vendor coordination, and contract administration.
- Organise and support project meetings, training sessions, and workshops, including preparation of presentation materials where required.
- Provide after-hours system support when required, based on operational needs.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Business IT, or a related discipline.
- Experience in IT business analysis, IT operations, or digital project delivery.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with CRM or enterprise digital platforms; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Strong communication, organisational, and follow-through skills.
