Purpose
To provide IT & Office Operations support and systems management that ensures smooth technical, digital, and office operations across the organisation. The role supports business continuity through infrastructure maintenance, user support, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
IT Support & Systems Management
- Provide customer-focused IT support, including security, hardware, shared drives, networking, and applications, in collaboration with GBS Krakow
- Install and configure approved software; manage IT inventory and vendors
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding, training, and implementation of IT/digital initiatives
Server & Infrastructure Management
- Maintain server performance, incl. air conditioning, switches, and UPS systems, with corporate-approved maintenance
- Ensure IT compliance by aligning with corporate policies and local regulations
- Support internal and external audits in collaboration with relevant departments
Business & Digital Support
- Act as an AI Ambassador, supporting the deployment and testing of digital & AI tools while driving digital transformation initiatives and AIenabled improvements
- Provide technical support for meetings, webinars, and events
- Manage visual content on corporate displays (e.g., LED screens), Outlook distribution lists and Brand Hub information
Office Operations Support
- Manage incoming visitors, calls/voicemails/mail
- Facility management (including equipment, lighting, air conditioning, etc.)
- Invoice coding and payment requests
- Serve as the designated Fire Warden for the office, ensuring readiness and compliance with emergency protocols.
Perform any other duties and activities as assigned by the reporting Manager
Qualifications
- ITE or Diploma in Computer Studies/Science
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1 2 years of experience in providing IT support will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of digital tools, automation, or AI-assisted technologies
- Ability to support deployment, testing, or troubleshooting of digital/AI solutions
- Interest in learning emerging technologies and applying them to improve workplace productivity
- Good knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting
- Self-driven, action-oriented and customer-focused
- Good written and spoken English
- Skilled in Microsoft Applications, e.g. SharePoint, Windows 11, Office 365, and Citrix environment
