IT Network Support Engineer

Work Location- Kallang
Responsibilities
The scope for the IT Network Support Engineer resource is to support the daily network operations and support including but not limited to:

• Coordinating and handling network incidents and maintenance support (including HQ and remote office operations).
• Processing firewall change requests.
• Reviewing and housekeeping the VPN and firewall rules.
• Coordinating with third parties (e.g. Telcos, Contractors) on site-survey, installations, and RMAs.
• Installing and configuring network equipment.
• Coordinating with vendor for LAN rooms cleaning.
• Coordinating with vendor for Ad-Hoc Network Cablings.
• Supporting the network and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in Network Infrastructure Operations/Projects
• Relevant Certifications
