Job Summary
You will design, deploy, and maintain robust LAN/WAN network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and security. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate systems and support cloud networking environments, driving reliable and scalable network solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure to meet organizational connectivity needs
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and access points to optimize network functionality
- Monitor network performance continuously and proactively troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
- Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect organizational assets
- Manage VPNs, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and DNS/DHCP services to ensure efficient network operations
- Perform network upgrades, patches, and firmware updates to maintain system integrity and performance
- Support cloud networking environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to enable hybrid network architectures
- Develop and maintain network backup, disaster recovery, and redundancy plans to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network systems and support deployments for seamless operations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture and configurations for transparency and troubleshooting
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to resolve network-related issues promptly
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related field
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking equipment
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of network security best practices

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders
