The IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure across global offices. - Administer and manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services
- Oversee Active Directory (AD) services and Group Policy configuration
- Configure and maintain corporate network infrastructure, including switches and routers
- Manage firewall policies and ensure network security compliance
- Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks (preferred)
- Lead and support a globally distributed IT team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage IT assets including hardware inventory and software license compliance
- Oversee IT support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
- Drive the implementation and training of project management tools across teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration
- Proven experience in managing IT operations and leading technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
