Responsibilities

Align business applications to operational and commercial needs through strategic oversight. Identify and leverage opportunities for automation and AI to enhance productivity and service delivery. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Promote continuous improvement in systems, processes, and user experiences. Establish and monitor governance standards and best practices for application management and project execution. Track performance, risks, and outcomes across IT initiatives, maintaining clear visibility for management. Build and nurture a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT, digital, or technology-related roles. Proven track record in driving IT or digital initiatives from inception to completion. Strong capability in translating business needs into effective technology solutions. Excellent stakeholder management skills coupled with sound commercial judgement. Interest or experience in AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives is beneficial.
