The IT Manager is responsible for managing all IT operations across the company's headquarters and gym branches, including infrastructure, gym management systems, membership systems, POS/payment systems, cybersecurity, vendor coordination, user support, and digital transformation initiatives.
The role ensures stable daily operations, supports business continuity, and improves efficiency through automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure &Support
- Manage IT infrastructure across HQ and all gym branches, including servers, PCs/laptops, WiFi, internet connectivity, firewalls, VPN, NAS/storage, and related hardware.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and connectivity.
- Coordinate hardware upgrades, replacements, and maintenance.
- Provide remote and onsite IT support to outlets and staff.
- Resolve operational issues such as internet downtime, printer problems, POS failures, access gate issues, and CCTV issues.
2. Gym & Business SystemAdministration
- Maintain and support membership management, access control, check-in, POS/payment, booking, mobile pp, and CRM systems.
- Manage user access rights, data synchronization, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and system enhancements.
- Support smooth integration between operational systems.
3. Cybersecurity & DataProtection
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and manage antivirus, endpoint security, firewall rules, email security, backup systems, and access controls.
- Protect member, staff, and company data.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy requirements.
4. Vendor & ProjectManagement
- Liaise with IT vendors, software providers, and service contractors.
- Manage system implementation, upgrades, maintenance contracts, SLA performance, testing, rollout, and user training.
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions to support business needs.
5. AI, Automation &Digital Transformation
- Drive initiatives such as AI chatbot support, automated reporting, AI marketing analytics, lead automation, facial recognition attendance, BI dashboards, and workflow automation.
- Support digital adoption across departments.
6. Reporting, Policy &Compliance
- Generate management reports on system usage, membership trends, sales performance, and IT incidents.
- Develop and maintain IT SOPs, policies, asset inventory, software licensing records, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Support audit, internal control, and compliance requirements.
7. Team Management
- Supervise IT executives, technicians, or external support teams.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct IT training for staff.
- Support cross-department use of technology tools.
Required Skills &Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration
- Networking, firewall, VPN, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Database, backup, and disaster recovery management
- CCTV, access control, POS/payment, CRM, and membership systems
- Basic understanding of software and mobile app development
- AI automation, API integration, and BI reporting experience preferred

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, system administration, or related roles.
- Experience in multi-branch operations is preferred.
- Fitness, gym, hospitality, retail, or membership-based industry experience is advantageous.
