Responsibilities
Job Description
- Design and develop technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment to support business requirements.
- Perform technical configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle Fusion ERP modules with external systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion ERP-related issues.
- Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Oversee the quarterly update process for Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
- Execute data migration tasks for new implementations.
- Create and develop ad-hoc queries based on business needs.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, addressing and resolving any warnings or errors promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion ERP features, updates, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other technical team members.
- Job scope will eventually expand to include the support of integration ( on Mulesoft ) between other systems ( e.g. MS Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Anacle Simplicity, Saviynt etc ).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Consultant or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including but not limited to Financials and Procurement.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, API and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud ( OIC ) and other integration tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, and related technologies.
- Experience in Oracle EPM is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Oracle Fusion ERP certification is a plus.
- Experience with Mulesoft and integration with other applications.
