About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and execution-focused IT Manager to oversee daily IT operations and support business technology initiatives at Group-level. This role works closely with the Leadership Team and key business stakeholders to ensure IT systems, infrastructure, and applications effectively support operational needs.

The ideal candidate combines strong project execution and infrastructure management capabilities with the ability to bring clarity, standardization, and operational discipline to IT practices, translating business needs into practical and scalable technology solutions.

IT Operations & Infrastructure Management

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all IT infrastructure, including: Network (LAN/WAN, internet, wireless), servers and cloud environments, security systems, business applications and system infrastructure
  • Oversee system performance, availability, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Ensure high reliability and minimal downtime

IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Support the implementation of IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage IT risk assessments and ensure proper controls are in place
  • Maintain documentation related to systems, assets, and processes

Systems Implementation/ Integration & Project Execution

  • Analyse business processes and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, design, and implement appropriate IT solutions aligned with operational needs
  • Translate business requirements into project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource plans, and workplans
  • Plan, manage, and execute Group-level IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Track, monitor, and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
  • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements to drive operational efficiency and performance

IT Service Desk & End-User Support (HQ Office)

  • Manage end-to-end IT support for HQ employees covering hardware, software, network access, and business applications
  • Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup, access provisioning, asset allocation, and timely access revocation
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of incidents and service requests within agreed service levels
  • Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management of end-user devices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of user access, IT assets, and support records

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5-8 years of progressive IT experience
  • Proven experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support services
  • Strong experience in system implementation, business applications integration, and project delivery
  • Solid understanding of networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), servers, cloud environments, and cybersecurity practices
  • Experience overseeing IT governance, risk management, and compliance controls
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, service providers, and external partners
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience defining scope, timelines, resources, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
