Key Responsibilities

IT Systems & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee and manage all company IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and data security across all operations
• Manage system access, user accounts, and IT policies

Vendor & Service Management

• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for system implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Evaluate vendor performance and manage service contracts
• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues

Digitalisation & System Improvement

• Lead digitalisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems and workflows
• Implement and maintain internal systems such as attendance system, document management, and collaboration tools

IT Governance & Security

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards
• Monitor system risks and implement preventive measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT management or system administration
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and vendor management
• Experience in system implementation and process improvement
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
