Job Summary
This role drives commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and business performance while ensuring operational alignment and execution excellence. The incumbent expands market presence and supports post-acquisition integration initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders to support business growth
- Define and implement commercial strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and expansion initiatives
- Align sales, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet business goals
- Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies to optimize performance
- Act as a key point of contact to facilitate communication and coordination across functions
- Build internal alignment across teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
- Support organizational development, particularly in post-acquisition integration scenarios
- Plan and execute post-acquisition integration activities, aligning business processes, reporting structures, and performance management systems
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and capability building across teams to enhance organizational capacity
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth organizational transitions
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and strategic relationships
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving execution
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
