Job Summary

This role drives commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and business performance while ensuring operational alignment and execution excellence. The incumbent expands market presence and supports post-acquisition integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders to support business growth
  • Define and implement commercial strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and expansion initiatives
  • Align sales, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet business goals
  • Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies to optimize performance
  • Act as a key point of contact to facilitate communication and coordination across functions
  • Build internal alignment across teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
  • Support organizational development, particularly in post-acquisition integration scenarios
  • Plan and execute post-acquisition integration activities, aligning business processes, reporting structures, and performance management systems
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and capability building across teams to enhance organizational capacity
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth organizational transitions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and strategic relationships
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving execution
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
