IT Manager - ERP Migration - Project Management

Job Description

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

• Identify business needs and deliver end-to-end IT solutions from planning to implementation.

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security, and cloud platforms.

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and strengthen cybersecurity measures.

• Ensure compliance with HQ IT and security standards.

• Implement and manage identity and access management systems, including modern authentication methods.

• Oversee business applications, particularly ERP and productivity platforms.

• Lead system implementation and enhancement projects, from requirements to post-go-live support.

• Manage external vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with global and local teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

• Promote adoption of Microsoft 365 and support development of internal solutions using Power Platform.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of IT leadership/managerial experience.

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.

• Proven ability to design and implement IT solutions aligned with business needs.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is advantageous.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, etc.).

• Strong vendor management and project delivery experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead system implementation and transformation projects.
