Responsibilities:
Administer the company IT infrastructure.
Ensure compliance to the IT policy.
Review / update IT policy and SOP periodically.
Maintain IT securit
Source and procure IT equipment, IT solution, IT services, IT suppliers and vendors.
Manage IT vendors and evaluate their performances
Look into process improvement to enhance operation efficiency and improve the service quality and availability.
Plan and recommend solutions to minimize downtime and maintain / enhance the integrity of IT infrastructure.
Provide guidance and direction to the IT team.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering and / or related certifications.
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experiences, with minimum 2 years in people management / project management.
Analytical with good problem solving skills.
Good leadership, people management and social skills.
Able to handle fast pace environment and stressful situations well.
