IT Infrastructure Team Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead our Smart Security & Automation team at ST Engineering. You will manage a team of 5–10 engineers, overseeing project delivery and bridging the gap between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT). This role requires deep expertise in both Smart Security & Automation and broad IT infrastructure setup/design, ensuring seamless integration of systems and robust security automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Project Delivery:

Lead a small team of engineers (5–10) to deliver Smart Security & Automation projects.

Ensure seamless integration of IT and OT systems, with a focus on end-to-end infrastructure setup and implementation.

Technical Expertise & Guidance:

Provide technical leadership in infrastructure setup, backend SQL, and system integration.

Drive security automation initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Design and implement in-depth infrastructure system solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Collaboration & Alignment:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet technical and business requirements.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience in Smart Security & Automation, with a strong focus on system integration.

Proven expertise in broad IT infrastructure setup and implementation, including in-depth infrastructure system design.

Experience in backend SQL, security automation, and infrastructure architecture in complex environments.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to mentor and guide engineers while driving project success.
