We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Program / Infrastructure Engineer to provide support to project requests and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle L1 operations & support duties
- Manage service delivery for applications, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for IT infrastructure related issues
- Support and respond to user project / change requests, operational, cyber alerts and incidents
- Provide support to the programme management team in areas of technical solution analysis, planning, coordination, implementation and testing
- Prepare project-related reports and documentation for the PMO team
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are fulfilled
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- IT qualification with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience / background
- Possess hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure (such as troubleshooting / issue resolution, performance monitoring, etc.)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in Programming / Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript) will be an advantage
Preferred / Desirable Requirements:
Knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of the below areas will be an advantage
