Responsibilities
- Lead the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and oversee all global and local IT infrastructure activities.
- Collaborate with departments, sections, and site managers to achieve company objectives.
- Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring appropriate training and development.
- Support the Head of Department in managing and controlling IT infrastructure budgets.
- Ensure systems are reliable, well-maintained, and cost-effective.
- Define and prioritize local IT infrastructure initiatives aligned with business and global goals.
- Partner with Global Service Managers to implement global IT strategies.
- Maintain effective communication within the IT-International organization.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Linux (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN environments.
- Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and e-commerce projects.
- Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong leadership ability.
