Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily IT infrastructure operations across cloud (Azure/AWS) and on-premises environments, including servers, networks, MS365, backup, antivirus, and security systems.
- Coordinate and manage outsourced IT vendors to ensure service level delivery, issue resolution, and infrastructure performance.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues across the organization.
- Drive infrastructure and security standardization, including the implementation of policies, procedures, governance, and compliance controls.
- Support and participate in IT infrastructure and cloud projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide technical guidance on infrastructure and security architecture in a hybrid environment.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed and risks are properly managed.
- Manage stakeholders effectively while balancing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrates solid expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms, hybrid (on-premises and cloud) architectures, cybersecurity, infrastructure design, and global cloud solution frameworks.
- Well-versed in MS365 administration, server virtualization, networking, security, backup solutions, and overall software and hardware management.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
