Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and update IT Management systems with up-to-date information
- Maintain and update IT Infrastructure documentations
- Generate IT Infrastructure reports for management review.
- Perform IT Infrastructure health checks for customers
- Assist on IT Infrastructure implementation projects
- Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
- Knowledge on system administration and LAN technology would be advantageous
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
